Refund & Return Policy

Worldia allows unsatisfied customers Refund, Return or Cancellation requests. An exchange or refund is dependent upon the type of items purchased.

Refund Policy
Please note that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with tags intact and attached. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality related issues.

Items may be returned for the following reasons:

Poor Quality:

If there is any quality problem related issues to a purchased item, please send photographs or videos clearly showing the problem. Once we confirmed it is our fault, you can initiate a return for the item, and we will refund all of the cost.

Wrong Item Shipped:

If the wrong product was delivered, please return the item with a copy of the receipt in order to confirm the fault of us. A full refund or exchange may be issued. If the wrong size or speification was purchased, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please read the details of the items carefully.

For other mistakes, please send pictures and inquiries to info@worldiatools.com. Once we confirmed it was our fault, an exchange or reimbursement will be granted. Customers need to confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return or exchange.

Lost or Missing Items:

Please contact us at info@worldiatools.com immediately. Once confirmed, a full refund or reshipment of the item will be granted.

Change of Heart:

Buyer’s remorse can be resolved with an exchange or refund depending on the type items and before the order is shipped.
